She had me send a cell phone photo & explained the risk to the molar & advised me how to proceed in Portland. Then the front desk staff (who were the ones who summoned Dr. Melika to the phone for me) provided me the contact info for dentists near me in Portland who were in the same network. I was able to secure an appointment that day nearby & received excellent care. Because of prompt help over the phone, I did not delay & was able to get a crown that same day instead of risking losing the tooth entirely. I am very grateful!
