I had an amazing experience with Marketplace Dental Group in Superior when I took my mom there for dental treatment. My mom has cognitive impairment, and it can be very difficult for her to stay calm during medical and dental visits. She was extremely distressed and screaming at times, but the entire team was incredibly patient, compassionate, and understanding. My mom had not been eating for 10 days, and I was very concerned about her. Dr. Melika carefully evaluated her, correctly identified the problem, and referred us to Dr. Stucki, the oral surgeon, who then took excellent care of her. I am extremely grateful that they recognized what was wrong and acted quickly to help her. Dr. Stucki was absolutely amazing. He was calm, patient, and compassionate, listened carefully to us, and made sure my mom was as comfortable as possible throughout the treatment. Most importantly, she did not experience pain, and we had such a positive experience. The front-office staff were also wonderful. They were attentive, kind, and took the time to explain the procedure carefully so I understood what to expect. Dr. Stucki’s assistants were equally exceptional. They helped me safely transfer my mom from her wheelchair to the dental chair and back again. They were so attentive and continually made sure she was comfortable and cared for. As her daughter and caregiver, it meant so much to me to see my mom treated with such dignity, patience, and compassion. The entire team went above and beyond to care for her during a very difficult time. I highly recommend Marketplace Dental Group to anyone, especially families caring for a loved one who needs extra patience, understanding, and compassionate care. A huge thank you to Dr. Melika, Dr. Stucki, their assistants, and the entire staff for taking such wonderful care of my mom. We are truly grateful!
